The main floor of our NanoADU provides an ample size living area with attached Kitchen and Livingroom. The Kitchen consists of all the modern conveniences oven stove combination, refrigerator and stackable washer dryer unit behind pantry doors. Expansive high end cabinets outline the perimeter of the Kitchen.
As you walk up a short flight of stairs you enter a nice open loft area that has many versatile uses, sleeping area for guests, study or area to relax as you look out on your second story deck.
The full bathroom is to the left of loft area next to main bedroom.
Our NanoADU is the talk of the neighborhood with a tiny footprint of 218 sq ft. The overall living area is approximately 400 sq ft. which fits nicely into many backyards. There are many applicable uses guesthouse, outside entertainment center or standard rental unit for additional income.
NanoADU is also Title24 compliant for California residents.
